Day 1 - Delhi – Mussoorie Excursion

The tour begins as you will reach Delhi. The morning pickup from Delhi is included in the tour and you will proceed to Mussoorie. As you reach, you can check-in the hotel where you can freshen up and relax. In the evening you can explore local areas and enjoy the scenic beauty.  The mesmerizing hill station is known as the Queen of Hills. Its natural beauty calls tourists from different regions of India and across the globe. The place is gaining popularity with each passing day.

Mussoorie is a perfect place with the clean air and natural beauty freshen up the spirit. Away from the hustle bustle of the city Mussoorie is an ideal traveling destination. Beautiful and dense forests of deodars and cedars cover the hill station. Waterfalls and rivers add to the beauty. These are the reasons that make Mussoorie a perfect weekend getaway for travelers. You can witness more and more in different seasons which fill you with excitement and thrill.

Best time to visit Mussoorie is summer because it has tranquil and comfortable temperature that is impossible on plains. With maximum temperature of 30 degrees, you can explore this hill station and its majestic beauty making it a perfect getaway from extreme heat.

Day 2 – Mussoorie

Enjoy healthy and tasty breakfast at the hotel. On this day your half day is fixed for sightseeing at Kempty fall. You can enjoy a lot at this waterfall. Mussoorie is a place which forms a gateway to the Yamunotri and Gangotri. The best time to visit this awe-inspiring destination is between mid- March to mid November because rainy season and winters are not so pleasant here.

Kempty falls are nestled by high altitude mountain ranges and at a height of nearly 1364 meters above sea level. The beautiful surroundings allow you to enjoy and hear unique sound of water which falls from height to the rocky bed. The lush green area make you fall in love with the place.

After enjoying your half day at Kempty fall you can spend evening by enjoying different activities of your choice. Adventure Park Mussoorie is one such place where you can enjoy sports activities. It can satisfy the adrenaline rush and offers you activities like sky bridge, valley crossing, skywalk, zip line, zip swing, Superman ride, Spiderman, commando bridge, rock climbing etc.

Picturesque mountains, glittering city sights during night and thrilling waterfall make it a perfect place to beat the heat during summer. Mussoorie welcomes you with open heart. This little quaint hill station is ideal for harried visitors and those who want to spend quality time with their loved ones.

When you are free at evening you can enjoy shopping from cozy and small stores on the mall road. The hill station is full of amazing activities and hot shopping spots. You can buy local sweets and delicacies and other items like artificial jewelry, handmade fabrics and even enjoy coffee at cafes that serve freshly brewed coffee.

Day 3 - Mussoorie - Dehradun – Delhi

It’s time to end your trip. After enjoying healthy and tasty breakfast at the hotel we will drive back to Delhi where you will be dropped at the railway station or Airport.

•  Stay at 3 or 4 Star Accomodation (Hotel details will be provided at the time of booking)
•  Sightseeing and transfers as stated in the itinerary
•  Meal according to hotel plan
•  Toll taxes, State Tax and Parking
•  Stay in a luxurious room

Only those services that are paid for by the guest fall under the company's responsibility. All other services that are not paid for by the visitor directly to the company are considered suggested services, and the company is under no obligation to offer them or to cover their associated costs.

UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

The additional cost for the same will have to be covered by the passengers if the itinerary of the tour needs to be amended or extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as riots, floods, accidents, or other natural or man-made calamities. There will be no reimbursement for the remaining section of the journey if any passengers must quit the tour midway for any reason, such as the death of a relative, illness, or any other reason.

COMPLAINTS DURING THE TOUR

The traveler is urged to contact us right away at +9185888 38624 if they have any issues about our service, including hotels, houseboats, transportation, etc., so that the issue can be resolved right away. After the tour programs, complaints or requests for refunds won't be taken into consideration.

RESERVATION POLICY

Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 50% of the payment as advance and rest of the amount on or before 10 days of the tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any further intimation from our end. In case when the trip is booked only within 10 days of the tour date 100% of the payment has to be made while booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If Air Tickets has been booked by us 100% of the ticket amount will be deducted if the fare is non-refundable.
• Within 60 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 25% Retention of the Tour Cost.
• Within 15 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 50% Retention of the Tour Cost.
• Within 7 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation:100% Retention of the Tour Cost.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

The hotel may charge a fee for an early check-in or a late check-out depending on availability. The standard check-in and check-out times are 1300 and 1200 hours, respectively.

PAYMENT POLICY

You must pay 50% in advance so that we can confirm your FIT or GIT reservations within 48 hours and 50% before the day of arrival; if you fail to do so, the reservation will be released without further communication from our end.
